  I have been a customer at this storage facility since 2014, that is when I met Pia. Pia is the best manager I have ever met. Pia goes above and beyond to help customers here. Pia understands that circumstances arise and sometimes is beyond the customer control when dealing with finances. I have been off work since 2014 due to a work related injury and Pia has helped me so that I don't lose my belongings. She understands this is all me and my grandchildren have, so she understands and helps me with payment arrangements to which I am forever grateful. This last time Pia extended the olive branch again. If not for Pia this storage facility was about to auction my belongings in December 19, but after speaking to me and understanding my dilemma, again she came through to save us yet again. I thank God for Pia and will do everything in my power to not let her down. Pia is the best manager for this facility and if anyone reads at corporate office reads this, please know you have the best manager ever running your facility. Thank you Pia and may God bless you and yours.
